    超臨界CO2流體萃?。⊿FE)分離過程的原理是利用超臨界流體的溶解能力與其密度的關系,即利用壓力和溫度對超臨界流體溶解能力的影響而進行的。在超臨界狀態下,將超臨界流體與待分離的物質接觸,使其有選擇性地把極性大小、沸點高低和分子量大小的成分依次萃取出來。當然,對應各壓力范圍所得到的萃取物不可能是單一的,但可以控制條件得到理想比例的混合成分,然后借助減壓、升溫的方法使超臨界流體變成普通氣體,被萃取物質則完全或基本析出,從而達到分離提純的目的,所以超臨界CO2流體萃取過程是由萃取和分離過程組合而成的。
